GJS Public Relations was founded by Gabriella Schatz. After spending years working on PR for marketing/advertising and media agencies, Gabriella founded GJS Public Relations to be a direct source of public relations intel for clients within the advertising industry.
Gabriella is a public relations and communications specialist, and an expert in promoting advertising agencies. With a decade of experience under her belt, Gabriella has cultivated critical relationships with press, focusing on advertising trade, business, technology, retail and others.
After beginning her career at a research organization in Washington D.C., Gabriella pivoted to focus on marketing and advertising at DiGennaro Communications (DGC) in NYC. She spent four years helping clients grow their business by promoting work, growing press relationships, submitting awards and expanding thought leadership plans.
Following her tenure at DGC, Gabriella went on to run PR and communications at iProspect, a Dentsu Aegis Network agency. She successfully boosted the agency’s share of voice among competitors and improved relationships with key reporters focused on performance marketing.
Gabriella holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, College Park’s Philip Merrill College of Journalism.
When she’s not helping her clients achieve their external communication dreams, Gabriella enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and dog, traveling and finding new restaurants to try.
